Leadership is a management function, which gives direction towards influencing people to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Leadership styles play an important role in motivation of employees to do well on assigned tasks to obtain desired outcomes. The current study also been conducted over the topic leadership styles and its relationship with perceived employees performance at FCCU.

The main purpose of this research was to examine the current leadership styles and its impact and relationship with perceived employee’s performance. The study has achieved its objectives with the help of primary sources and secondary sources. Primary data was collect from the employees with the help of questionnaires, which were related to both leadership styles and employees performance. Respondent’s response have been measured with the help of using mean test and correlation technique. While both analyses, this study has recorded some true findings, which are under below-

Most of the employees have selected agree option with the transformational leadership style as per overall mean value of this variable as table 1.4 is presenting the both variables findings.

Transformational leadership style has strong relationship with employee’s performance.
Transaction leadership style has very strong relationship with employee’s performance.
