Impact of Leadership Styles perceived employees job satisfaction at Nestle
The current study has been conducted over the topic impact of leadership styles and its relationship with perceived employee performance at Nestle. The study has developed some objectives, which have been achieved with the help of employee’s feedback that was recorded through questionnaires. The study has used only primary data to access the objectives of this research. The current study also give a picture about impact of leadership styles on team performance of any company.
Leadership Styles perceived employees job satisfaction
The study have
lot of benefits for stakeholders, like mangers of different departments, the
management can improvement their leadership with the help of training after
reviewing the result of this study. Selected organization and head of
department will get awareness about different leadership styles and employee
perceptions regarding to current styles.
However at the end of this study they
can improve their poor areas. This present study also help full for those
people who will conduct a study on the same topic in future. The readers of
this study will also able to understand what are the leadership styles and what
is effect on employee performance. Hence at the end of this study we will get
clear picture of current leadership styles and its relation with employee
performance at Nestle.
Tools for data collection
For data collection purposes structured closed
ended questionnaires was used. Data was collected from employees of Nestle. To
record participants responses point 5 scale containing strongly agree, agree,
neutral, strongly disagree and disagree were used.
Project findings
The above table is presenting the mean value of perceived
employee performance. According to result, the mean value 4.266666667 of job
knowledge is indicating that employee in Nestle have selected agree option.
Further the identified mean value also telling us that employee in this
organization are also found satisfied from their leader and they have been
provided job knowledge according to their requirements. Hence they have
selected agree option, and their agreement shows their perception.
According to above table, the
mean value 4.233333333 is showing that
employee of Nestle have selected agree option, and they agreement shows that
employees are also satisfied from their leaders. They were sharing their views
that they are free to make planning for job in advance in this organization.
Hence, they are satisfied in this organization due to effective and strong
leadership.
Total Mean Value of both Leadership style
The above table
is presenting the overall mean value of transformational leadership style. The
identified overall means value 4.232857143 is showing that employees of Nestle
have selected agree option. The agreement is showing the existence of
transformational style that their leader is adopting and they are satisfied
from their leaders, whereas the mean value 4.363095238
of transactional leadership style is also indicating that most of the employees
of Nestle have selected agree option. On the base on result and employee
feedback, this study has reached at this point that both transformational
leadership and transactional style are exist at this organization and employees
have positive views toward both styles and also satisfied from their leaders.
